Ntractive Unveils Elements CRM 2.0

GRAND FORKS, NORTH DAKOTA July 21, 2009 --- Ntractive today unveils a major release to its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software. Starting today, Elements SBM will now be known as Elements CRM™. Elements CRM brings with it a new name, a new look and new features.

Elements CRM builds on 5 years of technology and innovation with hundreds of refinements, providing an even more reliable and robust application than before.

The overall interface has been improved with a new look and feel which allows for easier navigation, improved workflow and an enhanced user experience.
