Dale Jensen is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer at Ntractive, LLC. Reporting directly to the board of directors, Jensen is responsible for the overall operations at Ntractive.

In 2005, Jensen joined Bartak and co-founded Ntractive, LLC. Jensen, a key player in the development of Elements, has helped bring Ntractive to a new level.

Prior to co-founding Ntractive, Jensen has had over twenty years of experience as Chief Technology Officer of several technology companies focused on Mac OS development. While in Graduate School at the University of North Dakota, Jensen co-founded a Mac software development company. Since then, Jensen has written numerous Mac solutions that have been bundled with a number of popular business application packages.

Jensen's strong business savvy, long history of Mac OS development and superior ability to manage help drive the company to new heights.

Justin Bartak is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at Ntractive, LLC. Reporting directly to the board of directors, Bartak is responsible for the overall technology at Ntractive.

Since 2003, Bartak has been working on the vision, the architecture and overall development of Ntractive and the Elements SBM solution.

Prior to co-founding Ntractive, Bartak has had over twelve years of experience founding and running companies. In 1993, Bartak founded and was Chief Executive Officer of a new media company that specialized in digital content development and creation. Later, in 1997, Bartak joined a Mac software development company as the Vice President of Information Technologies. There he was a key player in the architecture of the company's Internet offerings.

Bartak's passion for technology and design is what drives the innovation and elegance behind Ntractive and everything it does.

Jay Neppel
Business Development at Rockwell Automation

Neppel joined Rockwell Automation in 1994 as a Senior Sales Engineer. Throughout his time there, Neppel has proven to be a results-oriented, professional leader and executive in sales and business management. He has achieved success in industry development and growth execution in both customer sales growth as well as several key company acquisitions. Prior to his position as Global Business Development, Neppel served as a Senior Engagement Manager and District Manager for Global Manufacturing Solutions. He has been recognized as a leader in solutions development for automation, information and professional services.

Neppel has received the Ted Schaller Award, the highest Rockwell Automation sales achievement award for North and South America, and also Rockwell International’s highest honor, the Chairman’s Team Award, for major project involvement resulting in team sales over 100 million dollars.

Additionally, Neppel serves as a member of the University of North Dakota College of Business Advisory Council and is a Board Member of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Kevin Lemke
Chief Executive Officer at Virtual Systems

Lemke is a North Dakota native and has lived in Grand Forks since 1971. He has a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of North Dakota. From 1975 to 1980 he was a Programmer/Analyst at Minnkota Power Cooperative. In 1980 he was a founding partner in ComputerLand of Grand Forks and in 1981, ComputerLand of Minot, North Dakota.

Since that time he has helped start additional businesses that include ComputerWare, an accounting software company; CompuLease, a computer leasing company; Corporate Communications, an Internet Service Provider; and Virtual Systems, an Internet web site design and hosting company. He also serves on the board of directors for Alerus Financial, a Grand Forks-based bank and financial services company with 6 billion dollars under management. Lemke has been chair of Alerus Financial’s Audit Committee and is currently chair of their Finance Committee.

Keith Brown
Chief Executive Officer at Merlin Information Services

Brown joined Merlin Information Services in January 2005 as the company’s Chief Executive Officer. Brown has more than 20 years experience in business management and information technology. Eight of these years have been in Montana’s Flathead Valley at Orbit Travel in Whitefish, Mac’s Place (Egghead Computer) in Kalispell and Merlin.

Prior to joining Merlin, Brown spent five years at Starbucks Coffee Company where he enjoyed a successful career as Vice President of Information Technology. At Starbucks, Brown was responsible for multiple teams supporting worldwide systems for the financial, supply chain, and human resources divisions. Brown’s teams collaborated with other teams across the organization to successfully deliver several key initiatives including the following:  the financials team expanded globally to Europe and Asia and the e-business team successfully deployed an application and business-to-business infrastructure to integrate the company’s disparate systems.  This infrastructure was crucial to the implementation of widely publicized programs such as the Starbucks Card and Wireless Network.  The supply chain team successfully opened two new roasting plants in Carson City, Nevada and Amsterdam, Netherlands utilizing state of the art manufacturing and warehouse management systems.
