Track outstanding issues and feature requests with this Element. It might seem
to be geared towards programming at first blush (and, in our defense, we are programmers!)
but the fundamental project management tools are easily applied to almost any company that
creates, whether it be computer programs, brochures, avocados or ski vacations.
When someone finds a problem or comes up with a potential feature, it's entered into the
system, and then a simple review process (exactly like that found in other Elements, like
Project Tracking,) and, if verified and accepted, the item is assigned to someone to take
care of. Automatic messaging, full reports, and positive feedback to the submitter make
this a fully self contained system.
Moving beyond the basic productivity, check out the connections between development,
marketing, sales and service. A marketing campaign is kicked off by the progress of a
dev project, which is turn spurs sales calls. All without you lifting a finger beyond
moving your project status along.
