Toolbar

The toolbar lists out each Element you have access to. To navigate to a particular Element, simply click on the Element icon and information will dynamically appear in the Data Viewer and Data Editor. Click on the arrow at the bottom of the toolbar to view additional Elements.

 Dashboard

The Dashboard is a live display of information, always shown to keep you up to speed and on top of your game. Search for records, flashback to a particular page within Elements (like Bookmarks in Safari) or easily view all the calls in your call queue.

The Dashboard is completely configurable to optimize productivity in your daily operations. Take full advantage of its every feature and you will be amazed at your speed as you are fed up-to-the minute information.

 Data Viewer

Select an Element in the toolbar, and a list of records will appear in the Data Viewer. Navigate through the Data Viewer by clicking on the navigation menus at the top of the screen. Select any record from the list, and details will dynamically appear in the Data Editor.

In many of the lists, icons are displayed next to each record. These icons perform numerous functions including emailing, creating new events, or calling clients through iChat or Skype.

 Data Editor

Click on a record in the Data Viewer, and details about that record will appear in the Data Editor. Easily edit information in the Data Editor by clicking in the field you wish to edit. Type in your changes and click on the plus icon to the right of the record to save your changes.

In many of the Data Editors, multiple tabs of information are available. Simply click on a tab to select it. Click on the arrows at the right to view additional tabs.
